Patches 1 to 7 are based on Dmitry s work. I found 2 errors in Dmitry's 
original patches:

0003 - the attribute group's array was not null terminated -> crash
0005 - typo, stylys instead of stylus

patches 8 to 18 are based on development work on aiptektablet.sourceforge.net
