This thing is a storage device but a serial driver binds to it. Most likely
this is one of those who emulate a CD to install drivers under another OS.
You need to know the trick which switches is to the modem mode.

Contact the manufacturer, we cannot help you.
Failing that, this needs reverse engineering.
