Once again your email program has let you down. It inserted a space character in the second column where there should only be a tab. You might have better luck adding the patch as an attachment instead of putting it inline. Or better yet, use something other than gmail. (Try mailing the patch to yourself and see what happens when you try to apply it; then you'll know whether it worked.)
