Hello alltogether,
we, or better TEAC, finally solved this issue. The initially used controller
chip (Carry Logic Winter 1.3) is now replaced by another one (Genesys Logic
GL819). This new chip works perfectly.
Finally it looks like this was a subtile hardware problem.
