Hello, was anybody able to get the Freecom Portable CD-RW (USB/ATAPI-Bridge with a Teac W54E-CD-RW Drive) working under Linux? I wasn't although I built kernel 2.4.0 with the USB-Mass-Storage-Device-support, USB-Freecom-support, usbdevfs-support and SCSI-Generic- and SCSI-CD-ROM-support. I'm able to mount it in read-only mode, list the files, but anything else causes a system hang-up! If anyone of you could help - thank you very much in advance!
