Let's try this again.
What Linux (Unix) device are you trying to print to?
Such as /dev/lp, /dev/lp0, /dev/usb/lp0, etc.

And is this device specified in your /etc/printcap file?
And it is also present in /dev/... ?

How are you tring to print?  That is, what command(s) do you
use?  What (error) messages do you get when you try to print?
(Hint: More of your input commands and kernel messages would be
helpful.)

Are you saying that you can print 1 page at a time but not 3 pages?
If so, how much data (such as 800 KB) are you trying to print?
There have been some issues with the printer driver stopping
during printing large amounts of data.  I don't know that they
were ever fixed.
