That's correct if both cameras are constantly streaming (requiring
as much as 9 Mbps each), but if he just sets up a script to open
one camera device, take a snapshot, close it, sleep...,
do the same on the other camera device, sleep...,
repeat ad infinitum, then one shouldn't need the additional
USB bandwidth.
