hello
I have a GN56USB modem (genius USB modem up to 56kb/s), but i can't make it
work with the Suse 7.0. I have the modul 'acm' loaded:
result of lsmod:
modul size used by
...
acm 6260 0 (unused)
...
but when I start kppp or wvdial.lxdialog for autodetect it, it's impossible to
detect and to use it. ;-(
I have changed the /dev/mouse link to /dev/ttyACM0 (www.suse.de says that i
have to do this and next execute de wvdial), but it doesen't work.
I can't detect it by yast2.
GM56USB is NOT a winmodem.
what i have to do???
(I've an USB mouse too that is working ok)
