Look at the Linux USB Guide - linked off http://www.linux-usb.org.
If you cannot get it to work from those instructions, and you need more help,
you need to provide very specific detail on what problems you have, and what
configuration you have. There is a FAQ on what information you need to provide
(linked off the same web site as the USB Guide). In addition to the FAQ stuff,
it would help in your particular case to include information on
/proc/scsi/scsi, and your SCSI options in the kernel configuration. If it
works under some cases and not others, you need to turn on USB mass storage
debugging and provide the _relevant_ output.
