Well, I have experience using a Cardbus PC Card that provides an
OCHI-style host-controller.  It's a Belkin BusPort Mobile and it 
works great.  I'm not sure when we'll start seeing EHCI/
USB 2.0 host-controllers in a Cardbus card.  I am not aware of
any 16-bit PCMCIA cards with this functionality.
