Hi,
  i am doing Indurial Training for six month in IUCAA Pune,India.It is
 the part of my M.C.A.(Post Graduate Cource).My Project is to write a
 IDE Hard Disk Driver with USB interface under Linux.For that, i had 
 visited a lot of sites on net and came to know a little bit on that.
 Complete picture is not clear.So i have decided to take some help form
 you.
   So,i will be very greatfull to you if you please guide me regarding
 writing of USB Hard Drive Device (e.g. IDE disk) driver under Linux
 plateform. How to start designing for that.where to write the module for
 that and which files among the /usr/src/linux/drivers/usb/ are concerned
 with my project.Plz give me the complete documentation and
 function/importance of the file concerned to my project,in the above
 directory.Is there any chnages will i have to make in the present files,
 if yes then give me the name of files along with reasons.Should i have
 to write a seperate module for IDE disk or by changing usb-storage.c,
 can i proceed.
 
        First of all send me the guidline for my project.i want to 
 keep in touch with you during my whole project.
