Matt,

This camera is most likely based on the OV518 chip. You can try the 
driver at http://alpha.dyndns.org/ov511/download.html . It will tell you 
(in your kernel log) if it is an OV518. Unfortunately, the only thing 
the driver can do at the moment is turn on the LED.

To make this chip work, I need to write some custom decompression code. 
If anyone has experience with JPEG at the bitstream level, specifically 
with Huffman encoding, please let me know.
