Umm .... NO, but you can configure XFree86 4 and later to use two devices for input, i use this on my laptop to get the trackpad and external USB mouse working at the same time. Can't remember how to do it but have a look in the USB faq/howto it covers it in detail there and will probaly accomplish what your after without hours of messing around with patches.
