The product in question is their KU5in1 Compact Flash/Smart 
Media/Microdrive/MMC/Secure Digital USB Card Reader/Writer. I have a 
patch from them that I've applied to kernel 2.4.8-26mdk (see 
rpmfind.net), it runs and works fully for CF cards, it appears as the 
first partition of a SCSI disk. I've not been able to test it with 
anything else.
