Ookay.

Thus: i have a webcam which can behave either as a Digita device, or as a 
usb-storage device. Personally I like the latter better (more general). 

When i connect the cam, it's correctly detected as a usb-storage device.

The thing is that i either can't decently mount it (mount hangs and i get 
very much 'transfer failed' in syslogs, or cp hangs (attempting to copy the 
pics from the cam) with the same message in the syslogs. I'll forward a 
message here I sent to the lkml earlier with complete description of the 
problem.

Hope it helps a bit more.
