Has anybody ever had the SanDisk CF reader correctly mount an IBM Microdrive? I consistently get the following:
Dec 7 22:55:32 godzilla kernel: Device busy for revalidation (usage=1) Dec 7 22:55:33 godzilla kernel: FAT: bogus logical sector size 0 Dec 7 22:55:33 godzilla kernel: VFS: Can't find a valid FAT filesystem on dev 08:21. Dec 7 22:58:49 godzilla kernel: Device busy for revalidation (usage=1) Dec 7 22:58:50 godzilla kernel: FAT: bogus logical sector size 0 Dec 7 22:58:50 godzilla kernel: VFS: Can't find a valid FAT filesystem on dev 08:21. I've had problems getting the SanDisk CF reader to work reliably under Windows, as well - the drive appears initially, but subsequent accesses fail. Also, the SanDisk CF reader works OK with regular CF cards; I'm just having problems getting it to work with the Microdrive. Alternatively, if anyone can get the i2go eGo MP3 player to work with Linux, let me know - I get an unsupported driver message when I attach it. Dec 7 23:30:26 godzilla kernel: usb.c: USB device 6 (vend/prod 0x942/0x100) is not claimed by any active driver.
