I've sent the following problem to the RedHat list with no response,
and I'm hoping that you USB knowledgeable folks might be able to help.

Having upgraded my laptop (Dell Inspiron 7500) from RedHat 7.0 to
7.2 I now have an anoying problem whenever the system suspends (by
hitting the suspend button or closing the lid for more than a couple
of seconds). On hitting the start button the system comes alive just
like it should except that the mouse (Logitech, USB) is locked in some
way. I haven't discovered how to re-awaken the mouse short of
rebooting. Prior to the upgrade, suspend and restart worked OK in all
respects. I suspect that the problem is with a new USB driver or
mouse driver (I'm new enough at this that I don't know the
difference). I'm wondering if it would be feasible (and one hopes
helpful) to reinstall the old driver and if so, how to do this.

Thanks for any clues, Pierre Kleiber
