If the visor driver binds to the device, it should work. What kernel version are you using? What Palm OS is on the T415? If it is 3.5, then all of the standard pilot-link and coldsync programs will work. If it is 4.x, then pilot-link based programs will not work. Only coldsync will. Get the latest version of coldsync and tell it you have either a "simple" or "net" device (try one and then the other, see the manpage for info on how to do this.)
