Hello to you all,

I want to but don't know how to get my CD-RW working. It is connected
via USB to my Laptop. The CD-RW is an internal IDE/ATAPI device inside a
2-click case by Multiport (www.multiport.de) obviously hosting an
USB-IDE adapter by In-Systems.

The Linux-USB systems seems to work on my Laptop, i.e. for example
usbview recognizes that there is an USB-IDE adapter, but no driver
claims it.

Is such a configuration suported by Linux?
Do I need another driver? Is it available? Where?
Or do I just need to tell the drivers/modules (usb-storage, scsi-ide)
where to connect or something?

I greatly appreciate your help!
Thanks

Randolf
