Hi, does anyone know if this device is supported on Linux, on the box it
says that it is, but i haven't found anything that proves it.
The SpeedStream 1001 or maybe also called SS1001 is a very cheap 100/10 USB
to ethernet made by SIEMENS. On my quest looking for any help I found that
it is similar to an ACCTON USB EN1046 10/100 Ethernet adapter so I went and
added the vendor and pid to pegasus.h but that didn't seemed to work, the
module is loaded but the network and lights on the device doesn't work. If
it is of any help I will paste the /proc/bus/usb/devices:

T: Bus=01 Lev=01 Prnt=01 Port=01 Cnt=01 Dev#= 3 Spd=12 MxCh= 0
D: Ver= 1.10 Cls=ff(vend.) Sub=00 Prot=ff MxPS= 8 #Cfgs= 1
P: Vendor=067c ProdID=1001 Rev= 1.01

C:* #Ifs= 1 Cfg#= 1 Atr=a0 MxPwr=160mA
I: If#= 0 Alt= 0 #EPs= 3 Cls=ff(vend.) Sub=00 Prot=ff Driver=(none)

E: Ad=83(I) Atr=03(Int.) MxPS= 8 Ivl=128ms

I'm using kernel 2.4.17 in redhat 7.2
Thanks, and good bye..
