Apparently there is no storage-specific list for these sorts of
questions, so I'm posting to the general USB list...
Has anyone tried the SIIG SmartMedia adapter? It has a vendor ID of
0x7cc, which is listed as "Carry Inc" in the ID list on the Linux-USB
page, and a product ID of 2 which is not listed there.
I pulled the latest usb/storage source from CVS, and have tried a
variety of combos in unusual-devs.h. The closest I've come to working
(in my blind experimentation) is with Datafab:

And these timeouts go on and on... FYI I've appended the usbview
output. Are the class and subclass often 00 and ff? Should this lead me
to reduced expectations for this device?
