Hiya folks.
I've recently installed Mandrake 8.2 on my Micron Trek2 TransPort (366 MHz
i686, 256M RAM) and goten my USB CDROM burner working... to a point.
I can read from my Iomega ZIPCD 650, but burning a CD results in an
unreadable CD.
cdrecord --scanbus reports:
Cdrecord 1.11a15 (i586-mandrake-linux-gnu)
Copyright (C) 1995-2001 Jrg Schilling
Linux sg driver version: 3.1.22
Using libscg version 'schily-0.5'
scsibus0:
cdrecord: Warning: controller creates hard SCSI failure when retrieving CD
capabilities page.

I'm a relative newbie with Linux, and completely without knowledge of things
USB. I'd appreciate any info you might be able to impart to me. I'm guessing
that the "controller creates hard SCSI failure when..." part above is the bad
part. See? I told you I was a newbie. <G>
Any hints/tips/advice?
Thanks,
Joe Mirando
