its ok, im such an idiot... i have 2 kernels on the machine, a generic
one and a stripped down one, im using the geenric one for this as the
stripped down one doesnt haev any video stuff... but i forgot to rerun
make dep in teh kernel source!!!
but, could somebody please tell how if i am to assign major/minor
numbers to the device now?
