Hello.
        Well, I fried my PS/2 mouse port somehow, so I went to radioshack and 
picked up a ps2->usb adapter. Took it home, set up usb in my kernel, but 
it doesn't work. To make sure i set everything up ok, I borrowed my 
buddie's usb mouse. It works fine, but now he wants his mouse back, and 
i miss my trackball (logitech trackman - had it since '96 and it still 
works fine). The only thing i can think that it might be doing is using 
the keyboard driver by default, rather than the mouse. I've scanned the 
net, but haven;t discovered much useful. Anyone out there have any 
clues? BTW, yes - i tried the mouse in another computer and it works, 
and ignore the module errors below - everything's lumped into the kernel.
