Forgive my ignorance (for it is LARGE), but not being a driver
developer, or all that familiar with USB protocols, but what is a "bulk
endpoint".  Any readme references would be fine, not looking for a full
explaination here.

Yeah, I found some info in various mail archives about editing the
product ID in ibmcam.c, but I wasn't sure how similar they actually
were, and mostly I was "hoping" that someone already did it.

I'd be happy to give it a try, I have a few free evenings coming up, but
I'll confess again, I have never tweaked driver code, or sniffed USB
protocol, so I'll need some coaching and documentation to get started.
