Hi.

I got a Dell laptop L400 running debian sid/2.4.19 kernel. It works fine
except for usb, I got a minor trouble. I got a philips webcam running
fine, but as soon as I go on suspend mode & come back, than it doesn't
work anymore.

Then when I plug the webcam in, I got something like :

,----
| Sep 5 10:31:11 redmond kernel: hub.c: USB new device connect on bus1/1, assigned
|device number 4
| Sep 5 10:31:14 redmond kernel: usb_control/bulk_msg: timeout
| Sep 5 10:31:14 redmond kernel: usb.c: USB device not accepting new address=4
|(error=-110)
| Sep 5 10:31:14 redmond kernel: hub.c: USB new device connect on bus1/1, assigned
|device number 5
| Sep 5 10:31:17 redmond kernel: usb_control/bulk_msg: timeout
| Sep 5 10:31:17 redmond kernel: usb.c: USB device not accepting new address=5
|(error=-110)
`----

I have read the FAQ, I just wonder if someone knows about it for this
exact configuration.

Please Cc: me in your replies (if any).
