Yes, I now have the preliminary USB device file system compiled in and I can see stuff in /proc/bus/usb. The end result, however, is the same.
Any attempt to read or write from the /dev/ttyUSB1 (or /dev/ttyyUSB0 for that matter) just sits there. Eventually the Palm times out, but the program keeps sitting there asking me to hit the hotsync button until I hit CTRL+C. Is it possible that the device is created incorrectly? What's the appropriate mknod syntax? ===== -------- Dan Shookowsky, MCSD [EMAIL PROTECTED] __________________________________________________ Yahoo! - We Remember 9-11: A tribute to the more than 3,000 lives lost http://dir.remember.yahoo.com/tribute ------------------------------------------------------- In remembrance www.osdn.com/911/ _______________________________________________ [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe, use the last form field at: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-usb-users
