I'm a newbie installing an external USB drive and I I can't access it. I have read mailing lists etc and have checked out all the locations for files, etc and everything looks to be Ok, even the drive chipset is listed as GL641, so the computer is talking to the drive but I can't access it.
When trying to mount I get /dev/sda? is not a block device I have checked the lsmode output and the drive is listed as sda, How do I mount it Regards, Dave ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe, use the last form field at: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-usb-users
