Hi, I'm planning to implement a USB device controller in an ARM-922 chip but I'm a bit confused on how the USB device controller module will run together with Linux kernel.
I know the usbcore communicates with the usb host controller, should the usb device controller communicate with usbcore like using its APIs, too? Or does the usb device controller works separately from usbcore? Should the usb device controller be part of the kernel since it will access hardware registers that controls the usb device chip? Can anyone recomment a good book on implementing Usb device controller on linux? I hope you'll find a little of your time to answer these questions. thanks in advance. thanks, joyce __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
