Hi All, I have an USB device which when plugged enumerates itself successfully as an HID mouse and HID keyboard. I can see the device file of the USB device in "/proc/bus/usb/001/003". Now I need to send a vendor specific message (SET_REPORT) on the control pipe. If I am trying to open the device "/proc/bus/usb/001/003" it is getting opened but when I post and IOCTL it returns Error "-EBUSY, Device or Resource busy".
If I do an "rmmod hid" before sending the IOCTL I will be able to send the IOCTL successfully, but my concern is that I need to post the IOCTL without calling "rmmod hid". Can anyone throw some light on this. Thanks in advance. regards, shivas ************************************************************************** This email (including any attachments) is intended for the sole use of the intended recipient/s and may contain material that is CONFIDENTIAL AND PRIVATE COMPANY INFORMATION.
