If I get a USB device trigger hotplug, in this case a storage device, how can I determine which SCSI device has been associated with it?

As far as I can see, 'all' I get are the product codes; I've not seen anything that would tie up with the, e.g., /dev/sda association reported in /var/log/messages.

Are there arguments/env. vars. I get in the hotplug USB script, or a couple of /proc files I can analyse?
