Hello! I recently bought Packard Bell's AudioKey (mobile mp3 player). It provides two devices accessible via usb: the internal 32mb flash memory and a SD/MMC card reader. Under windows _both_ devices are shown but on linux I'm not able to access the internal flash.
The SCSI emulation only provides one device which is not readable. That's ok, I guess, since this might be the card reader with no card inserted. scsi1 : SCSI emulation for USB Mass Storage devices kernel: Vendor: Model: AudioKey Rev: 1.05 kernel: Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 02 kernel: Attached scsi removable disk sda at scsi1, channel 0, id 0, lun 0 kernel: sda : READ CAPACITY failed. And sg_scan -i shows up with only one /dev/sgX entry. Any ideas, how to access the internal 32mb ? regards, Bastian ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Scholarships for Techies!
