�Guru�s I am using Linux V.9 and I have a small usb to serial converter as my laptop doesn�t have a serial port, and for that reason , I have to use that converter, My usb converter of this type HP USB Converter MT608-2 S/N 2001/Q4. When I connect that usb converter and attach my mouse for example , during the boot, I will get a kernel panic and my system will be halted.
If this usb removed, then everything will be ok. Is there any solution to enable me using that converter as I need to used my external modem. Appreciate your answers.
