It doesn't look like you have the EHCI driver loaded in the
/proc/bus/usb/devices file... did you? I see it in the ehci file.

Normally this would be because you don't have SCSI_MULTI_LUN turned on,
but you say you do... try doing;

echo >/proc/scsi/scsi "scsi add-single-device 1 0 0 1"
