Subject: usb-uhci.c question

What does this mean:
usb-uhci.c: High bandwidth mode enabled

I beleive my Usb controler has 1.0 ports. Does the "High bandwidth mode
enabled" mean the interface has the speed of the USB 2.0 interface?
