Well I currently run XP (usb), and RHL (on ethernet) ... And it does
DHCP for both of em. So that doesn't' seem to be a problem.

Last I checked the SurfBoards can only handle either USB -or- Ethernet
connections, but not both at the same time.  You might want to see about
a gateway/router device between the SurfBoard and your computers.
