I have a Neo 25S jukebox. Currently my RH9 box sees it, but has no info about it and can't talk to it - when I try and mount /dev/scd1 it says "unknown device"
I looked at the devices page on the linux-usb.org site, it says to upgrade the firmware. I have access to a W98 box, but have no clue at all how to upgrade the firmware! I have a set of software thanks to Matthew Haas, but he can't recall the steps, and I can't work them out. There's a directory "firmware" on the disk, but nothing to run or install, can anyone give me an idea of how to upgrade this firmware? Is that what I need to do?
