Hello,

my system hangs with a kernel panic when a USB device is attached and
cupsd is called.


If I attache a USB devices (e.g. CHIPDRIVE micro smartcard reader) and
then call the cupsd the system hangs with a kernel panic. If the device
is used once before cupsd is called, thus the "(unused)" tag in the
modules list is gone, the system dosen't hang anymore. The problem
occures with all kernel I've tried e.g. debian standard kernel
2.4.18-2.4.21.
