Actually guess not, that has a different device ID. Your device claims it uses a vendor specific protocol, so you'll need to either ask the vendor what it is, reverse engineer it (using something like usbsnoop), play with an unusual device entry (dangerous) or return it and buy something that works. I'd do the latter (and email Philips to tell them you did that).
