My mouse is displayed by usbview/lsusb. Everything works as discribed in all the manuals, FAQs, etc. with that little exception, that my mouse does not work. I read that when my mouse is connected and i cat /dev/input/mice I should see some characters when I move the mouse, or push some buttons. I don't! But I also don't get "No such device". So I figure my problem can't be X misconfiguration.
