Hi,

in our company we have a telephon PBX of the type
Siemens 'T-Octophon F200' with devices 'T-Octophon F' for
all the desks. The telephon, conneted by USB to my Linux
SuSE 8.1 (kernel 2.4.19), says:

# lsusb -v
Bus 004 Device 002: ID 0681:001f Siemens Information and Communication Products
Device Descriptor:
  bLength 18
  bDescriptorType 1
  bcdUSB 2.00
  bDeviceClass 0 Interface
  bDeviceSubClass 0
  bDeviceProtocol 0
  bMaxPacketSize0 32
idVendor 0x0681 Siemens Information and Communication Products
  idProduct 0x001f
  bcdDevice 1.09
  iManufacturer 1 Deutsche Telekom AG
  iProduct 2 T-Octophon F
  iSerial 9 32595777
        ...

Of course it comes only with software for Windows. Is there
support for making at least calls from some Linux application?
If not, somebody has information for me to build one from
scratch. My idea is to write a CGI-application for making
calls from my browser, based on the number shown from our customers
database.

Thx in advance

        Matthias
