As I said in my original message, the usb-skeleton.c driver is the
only one I know of.  I did however also refer you to the documentation
in the kernel source tree which talks a little about interrupts.

The kernel tree also of course contains numerous USB drivers which use
interrupts, you should look at them for examples of working drivers.
