All I've just myself one of these funky new Handspring Treo 600's I'm trying to ungrade from my treo 180 which sync's perfectly under Linux with the visor driver, the prob seems to be that its doesn't know about the new treo.
With my old one I got this :- kernel: hub.c: new USB device 00:07.2-1.4, assigned address 10 kernel: usbserial.c: Handspring Visor / Palm 4.0 / Cli? 4.x converter detecte The new one does this :- kernel: hub.c: new USB device 00:07.2-1.4, assigned address 11 kernel: usb.c: USB device 11 (vend/prod 0x82d/0x300) is not claimed by any active driver. Can I just change the vend/prod from 0x82d/0x100 (Treo 180) to 0x82d/0x300 (Treo 600) for the new phone, and where do I change it?
