I've got that problem with rtl8150 based usb-ethertnet card.
It seems that device working properly with UHCI but it's not
an option for OHCI.

Device driver is loading properly, ifconfig eth0 1....
is fine too -- network works.
But after some time of working, (transmit)dellay occurs.
Packets comming in, i can see them with netwatch, but not gouing out.
There was a
>WATCHDOG: eth0: TX timeout.
for few times but somehow, it dissapeared.

After reinitialization of eth0, problem is gon(but not for long).

And the interesing thing i found out --
in the dellay time i run netwatch, and device is ready to transmit
again,
after some time(maybe transmitted packets) problem occurs again,
and step with netwatch or ifconfig eth0.. have to be done.

If somebody can help me.. please:
What step could netwatch do to solve a problem(reinit? device).
Maybe the code of drivers can be somehow changed to avoid
a transmit dellay?

Again:
The problem is only on OHCI, not UHCI.

Thanks.

p.s. sorry for my english.
