Scanners are not really "supported" by the kernel anyway. The kernel scanner driver onl ydetects them and provides an easy way for userspace drivers to access them. The actual intelligent driver is done in userspace, e.g. by SANE: http://www.sane-project.org I'll add the ids of your scanner to the kernel scanner driver but that won't help if you don't have a userspace driver that supports that scanner. > I've attached my /proc/bus/usb/devices file while the scanner and my Epson > printer were connected.
