It looks like shortly after you attached the camera, something when south
on (what I'm guessing is) a hub, which then 'disconnected' all the
downstream devices.  A moment later, all those devices were reconnected.
So, /dev/sdb would be the device to use (/dev/sda doesn't exist anymore).
