I just bought a 5 port USB 2.0 PCI card, plugged it in, then changed modules.conf so it loaded both the ehci and uhci drivers. I have, at the moment, two USB 1.1 devices - a printer and a modem, plugged into the new card (the reason for the card is the imminent arrival of a jukebox). I should say that there were two existing USB ports in the machine, which is two and half years old.
Now, what I don't see in /proc/bus/usb/devices is any presence of 1.1 buses. I see the 2.0 controller, but all other buses claim to 1.0. This I don't understand. Can someone gimme a clue on this?
