Hi, I'm new to Linux. I just installed Redhat 9 and am trying to install some Oracle software. We were using USB1.1 connector - however, that was very slow. After we switched to USB 2.0, it is going much faster - however, after a couple of minutes, the drive just stops responding.
Doing a simple 'ls' on the directory also hangs. This usually happens after the Oracle installer starts to unzip a large file. Has anyone seen this problem before. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Bhagat ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email sponsored by Black Hat Briefings & Training.
