Thats good to know.  But I'm not sure that was the reason.  I had not
unplugged it, but i had turned the divce off at least 10 times, as well as
reboot about the same amount of times during my debugging.  I definately
think the hub was doing something "wrong".  As it recieves power fromthe PC,
there is potential it had been on for a few months before i changed drives.
