I hope this mail will not reach the list twice or more: I'm experiencing
some SMTP problems, ALSO :(

Jogger is a MP3 player with 64M internal memory and expansion
slot for MMC cards. My actual configuration is with a 128M MMC card.

I have bought this silly device two days ago. It was reported working
only using win2k and winXP, and even a test on MacOS X gave no
results in accessing it. I have just tested it under XP and everything
works ok, excluding a terrible transfert rate of 80KBytes to external
flash card :(((

No need to add that on my Linux 2.4.25 box it's NOT working. I'm trying
to figure out if there is a possibility of support or not. Under winxp
the device is accessed using a dedicated program but the player is not
reported as a standard external disk, as usually done for USB flash
keys. This, added to strange /proc/bus/usb/devices informations related
to Protocol type, is driving me think that only proprietary driver will
be able to access it. So, better return device to reseller...

For completeness, I have also a USB flash key and a USB Compact flash
reader, both USB 1.x, both perfectly working (not listed below because
not with me now, if needed i'll post a new report with them attached).

mass-storage module is not able to recognize the device on its own. So
I have written an UNUSUAL_DEV macro on my own. Best results are
using SCSI protocol and BULK transport but even when a
/dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/disc device appears, it's not
readable.

UNUSUAL_DEV( 0x0c57, 0x0005, 0x0000, 0xffff,
                "Nortek",
                "Jogger MP3",
                US_SC_SCSI, US_PR_BULK, NULL, /* both CBI than CB fail... :-( */
                US_FL_MODE_XLATE ),

please, help. thank you.
